Hmmm.. As I was sending that message, I received a countersigned copy of
the contract. It was executed by our Operations Director, who is not
authorized to sign the contract, and it is not the version approved for
signing by the COC. I presume the chair directed him to sign in order to
protect himself? What a weasel move.
