It does not matter what the committee is willing to do, we must be prepared
for whatever it seems the delegates are willing to do.
I personally do not believe that all out remote participation will have 2/3
support. It might though, and we would be derelict in our duty not to
prepare. And the might is not a might like "anything might happen" but a
might of does it have at least 50% support, and I believe it does.
I think it is absolutely clear that remote locations for states with travel
restrictions has the necessary support and will be voted in.

* Personal Note: I have what is commonly known as Asperger's Syndrome
(part of the autism spectrum). This can affect inter-personal
communication skills in both personal and electronic arenas. If anyone
found anything offensive or overly off-putting (or some other social faux
pas), please contact me privately and let me know. *
