[Lnc-business] EMAIL BALLOT 200603-01: Change authority to cancel Orlando contract

Nicholas Sarwark chair at lp.org
Thu Jun 4 11:35:08 EDT 2020

Dear All,

This motion is out of order.

A vote of the LNC has no legal effect on the provisions of an already
executed contract.

A motion to change the Policy Manual would be in order. A motion to
rescind the executed contract would be in order. A motion resolving the
sense of the LNC that the Chair should not cancel the contract under any
circumstance would be in order.

But this motion is not.

Yours truly,
Nick
