I am delighted to announce that I have promoted Tyler Harris to the rank of
Deputy Director of Operations. This was a well earned promotion. Tyler has
been overseeing the Store for a while, dealing with Raiser's Edge in depth,
and was as much responsible for the success of the 1st sitting of the
convention as I was.
