[Lnc-business] Online practices

To that end, I am available any weekend for any practice or tests that need
to be done. I am aware of the hybrid model that the COC has been
considering but also think we should look at a way of allowing
participation through something like soon. I believe Elizabeth had shared
an idea of allowing balloting from home and streaming in YouTube as a basic
sort of idea with delegates communicating through their delegation chairs
who are on site.
