[Lnc-business] Message from the Convention Oversight Committee Chair re: the pending votes

I never said that I spoke for anyone but myself and everything I said was true to my knowledge. I have said many times that I disagree with Daniel being on the committee for the reasons I outline. I did say he could be a volunteer.
And I asked Sam to ask Daniel, when Daniel was not speaking to me, to get the speakers' list from Daniel. I asked him three times in the meeting for that same list. He did the same thing in 2016 and sent us way over on the speakers' budget without our committee's consent. I am concern he will do the same here.
Having Daniel sit in on our meetings is different then having him on the CoC which again, I have spoken against and in fact added Jim Turney as requested. Not one on the CoC objected to that.

BetteRose Ryan does not speak for this member of the COC committee. Period. I speak for myself.
BetteRose, as the Chair of the COC, should probably address these things with the actual COC....considering that we have been in conversations with her throughout every day since she was named Chair of the COC. She has not expressed this sentiment to us. On the contrary, she has said she was happy to have to Daniel continue to work with speakers, etc...
So, there is clearly a disconnect between what she is saying to individual LNC members, and what she is saying to the COC (the committee she chairs now).
She has the same access to this list that other non-LNC members have. I will copy her on my reply to make sure.

Dear All,
Ms. Ryan asked me to share this with you, as she does not have posting
privileges to this list, as four of her other colleagues on the Convention
Oversight Committee do.
Yours in liberty,

“I can't believe the LNC may actually leave Daniel Hayes on the convention
committee simply to stick it to the LNC chairman.
First Daniel constantly is abusive, yelling at his committee and the staff;
he yelled at a staff member mean enough he had her in tears. (I got this
first hand). He yelled at a committee member who finally had enough and
yell at him that she didn't give up her night to sit in on a F*&*&**meeting
to be F*&*& * yelled at. He is also abusive to the people he needs to deal
with on our behalf.
For the last four months he and others on the committee have committee to
undermine the LNC Chair and the LNC itself.
He negotiated a contract that left the party with a huge liability risk
even though the LNC chair and others warned about the risk. (Fortunately I
was able to negotiate a much better contract.)
He also spoke about 'bullying' a hotel staffer into giving us another room
recently. This is not the way to represent our party. It is not how I do
business.
He said, one time, recently that he was ready to tell John Stossel's people
to pound sand because he didn't like the 'tone' of voice they used.
He pushed to have the POTUS nomination at the openly said he didn't care if
some states couldn't make the ballot if we elected our candidates too late.
It was more important to "have a great" in person convention.
Our LNC Chairman removed someone from the convention oversight committee
who is so abusive that I almost quit. Now the LNC is considering putting
this person back on the committee? Are they not concerned with the
liability? What happens if he yells at the wrong person? Will we be sued?”
