Dear colleagues:

I hope all is well with you. I am writing to offer some comments about a
couple of the motions before us.

1) After a great deal of consideration, for the moment I believe it would
be best to abstain on the motion concerning sustaining the ruling of the
chair. In my opinion, there are good arguments on both sides of the
question.

2) The chair has indicated that he believes motion 200603-01 is out of
order because a vote of the LNC has no legal effect on the provisions of an
already executed contract. However, it is unclear to me in what way
approval of the motion changes provisions of the contract signed by Mr.
Kraus.

As far as I am aware, there is no specification in the contract regarding
the means by which the LNC decides whether to cancel the contract. Thus, it
would be helpful to me (and perhaps others) to receive a clear explanation
as to why approval of the motion changes the provisions of the contract
signed by Mr. Kraus.

As always, thanks for your work for liberty.

Take care,

Jim
