[Lnc-business] Update on Convention A/V Contract

This concerns me. The CoC already approved the other, and it is my
understanding that this email here is how the rest of the CoC heard of
this. Why are things being done without the rest of the CoC being
consulted? This seems like interference that is slowing things down. It
is too late to keep putting delays in this process. How long is this going
to take? And the CoC has already worked with the current guy on remote
connections that many delegates are demanding, and this seems to be
sabotaging that.
