[Lnc-business] Update on Convention A/V Contract

This is clearly an effort on the part of the Chair to derail the 
planning of the COC due to his stated purpose of not having an in person 
convention this year.  I will be seeking sponsors once again to 
authorize another officer to sign the COC approved AV contract if the 
Chair does not sign it by the end of business tomororw.

The Chair does not run the COC nor give directive to us.  That is the 
responsibility of the LNC>
