[Lnc-business] Update on Convention A/V Contract

I’m the one who asked counsel about this and have been in communication
with the CoC.
I see this as an effort to derail and delay and will sponsor the motion Sam.
The chair needs to stop interfering, the CoC chair needs to stop
capitulating, and we all need to let the CoC do their job.
