Dear colleagues:
I hope all is well with you. I am writing in my capacity as Region 5 representative to request the cancellation of the meeting.
As always, thanks for your work for liberty.
Take care,
Jim

Subject: [Lnc-business] Cancellation of Saturday meeting
The Policy Manual says that in order to cancel a meeting that a majority of the LNC must email a request to cancel. My reason in seeking to cancel is that it is clear to me that the motion did not have the votes to pass and most people preferred to skip.
But a majority is needed to cancel.
Thus I call to cancel.
