[Lnc-business] EMAIL BALLOT 200603-01: Change authority to cancel Orlando contract

Mid-motion, the Chair indicated that he would be ruling this motion out of
order. If it is in order, it would pass 13-0-4. I will be asking for
sponsors in another thread to appeal the ruling of the chair that this
motion is out of order. Depending on the outcome of that, I will post the
results of this email ballot.

*In Liberty,*

* Personal Note: I have what is commonly known as Asperger's Syndrome
(part of the autism spectrum). This can affect inter-personal
communication skills in both personal and electronic arenas. If anyone
found anything offensive or overly off-putting (or some other social faux
pas), please contact me privately and let me know. *
