Dear LNC, 

As a followup to my note about AV services at Orlando over the weekend,
the COC did get a bid from the hotel's in-house provider today.  PSAV's
total bid, not counting the earlier ones for electrical work and
unnecessary rigging, is for $223,707.  That is about $148,707 more than
the bid from AVG for the same equipment and personnel. 

With that information in hand I would hope that the Chair signs the AVG
contract today so we can get on with other important business.
