[Lnc-business] FL pauses reopening

I do not mean to mislead, Miami has delayed reopening, not Orlando nor the
whole state, however I am trying to get a feel of the entire state and what
it would mean if the state remains on phase 2. I apologize for the lack of
clarity. It is still early on the west :)
