[Lnc-business] A/V Contract for the National Convention Executed

Nicholas Sarwark chair at lp.org
Fri Jun 19 10:07:13 EDT 2020

Dear Ms. Harlos,

If you can find a specific provision that requires my signature, rather
than my approval to execute a contract, please share it with me.

In the case of convention related contracts, I prefer the signatory to be
the Operations Director, since he will continue in his role after the close
of the second sitting of the convention, and I will not.

Yours truly,
Nick
