I vote NO.
I was at the meeting and so were 3 other members of the EC and several
additional LNC members, none of whom have suggested there was a
violation of the Policy Manual. And, as stated elsewhere, this type of
procedure belongs in the hands of the Chair of the LNC or the Chair of
the JC, not the Executive Director of the party.
