I vote Yes.
The chair has requested the video for investigation. If he is utilizing the
help of the ED that is his option. As far as I can tell, there is
absolutely no reason to deny this video to the chair per our policy manual.
Further, I do not want to be a part of an organization which does not allow
investigation into its own. If there is a chance wrongdoing was done or
perceived, I'd rather it be investigated than ignored. The COC operates on
behalf of the LNC. Imagine if the LNC did not allow itself to be
investigated. Transparency has always been and will always be my
touchstone.
