Richard,

The Chair did not request the video until a couple hours before he 
started this email ballot that is wasting everyone's time.  And he 
waited a full week after whatever is alleged to have happened occurred.  
Clearly there was no urgency in the matter and Mr. Moellman and the COC 
have no problem with providing a copy of the video, with watermarks for 
security, to the Chair.
