Dear Caryn Ann:

I write today to inform you that the Region 3 State Chairs have met and we
today accepted Elizabeth Van Horn's resignation for Region 3
Representative.

We have also appointed Dustin Nanna to temporarily fill the resulting
Region 3 Representative vacancy, a position still to be voted on by our
delegates this year during our upcoming Region 3 delegate meeting.
