[Lnc-business] Orlando in-person convention

The Chair has just made it clear that he does not intend to vote anytime soon (for purposes he did choose to explain but clearly feels are in the best interests of the Party), so I would like to suggest that we use the time we are now forced to take and prepare exactly what actions can be taken as soon as it is possible to take them.
Would it be out of order to suggest an informal *but recorded and public* meeting/call to discuss this? I don’t want to run afoul of any notice or transparency issues, but I also don’t think we should sit around swapping emails because in a situation like this it is a particularly horrible form of communication.
