[Lnc-business] Tonight’s Meeting and the convention

If Orlando is happening I am definitely in support of a resolution affirming our support for online participation and even open to a motion enabling it under impossibility (with state action growing in states making it impossible for us to serve our responsibility of delivering a national convention to delegates of all affiliates with a solely physical event). I don’t know what the right wording would be or if it’s possible but if someone figured that out I’d be open to it.
If Orlando isn’t happening then I’d be fine with using the current dates to execute the convention online with the full agenda (if we run out of time on Sunday delegates can decide to adjourn to another time and place if they care to before August ends to finish the agenda).
If on that Sunday there is adjournment to a third sitting and there is a Vice-Chair elect I will be resigning and letting them start their term early. (I understand technically my term wouldn’t officially end till the full convention adjourns so resigning would create a vacancy which the LNC can vote to fill with the Vice-Chair elect)
That’s where I’m at
