[Lnc-business] Committee changes

Anyone on committees, I should have been notified of changes in
membership as they happen but it is easy to fall through the cracks.
Please let me know of any I might not know.

I do need these:
Is EVH now considered to have resigned from the IS Committee?
The membership committee had a vacancy, was it filled?
The Youth Engagement Committee had to elect a new chair, did that happen?
