[Lnc-business] Call for meeting

Will need to select an Assistant Treasurer, or ask Mr. Redpath if he is 
willing to keep his name as Assistant Treasurer in the Statement of 
Organization filed with the FEC, until the LNC appoints one.

Being a presidential election year, need the Ballot Access Committee 
filled so they can continue the committee's work.

In 2018, the LNC filled the Employment Policy and Compensation Committee 
(EPCC) at the meeting at the close of the convention.

For the new LNC members including alternates, the Policy Manual is 
available at https://www.lp.org/lnc-meeting-archives/. The list of 
committees and their memberships start on page 16 and their 
responsibilities start on page 25.
