[Lnc-business] Ad-Hoc Committees

For today's meeting, I'd like to add a ten-minute agenda item to discuss
which ad-hoc committees should be continued. This will give time to ask
for applications before the next meeting. The ad-hoc committees from the
last term were Blockchain, Convention Voting Process, Membership
Support, and Youth Engagement.
