[Lnc-business] Next in person meeting

We did not really get to discuss this, and if we are doing quarterly, and
our budget meeting is in December, we really need to look at August.

I am going to get the discussion started.  I propose August 21-23 in
Oklahoma City, OK.

We have not been to Oklahoma since 1988 for an LNC meeting.  Of course that
list may need some correction or updating, particularly in the older years
(every LNC member should have an LPedia account), but it is fairly complete
the more recent you get.
