The election shall be conducted by recorded ballot only, and the votes will be recorded in the minutes. Multiple vacancies must be voted on one at a time, specific to the person they are to replace. </b></i><div>

</i></b></font></div><div><font color="#222222" face="arial, sans-serif">The reason I added that last line is because say David Nolan had departed and someone else was removed at the same time. You would want to fill David Nolan's seat with someone who is close to David Nolan's character or leanings, and fill the next seat with someone more like the other person being removed. These people were chosen at convention for their character, and should be replaced by someone with similar values, as long as their values were indeed libertarian. ie say they were removed for not being Libertarian or engaging in activity that is obviously against our policy manual. </font></div>

election shall be conducted by secret ballot, unless two thirds of the
voting members indicate by voice vote (or by show of hands if necessary)
that they wish to conduct the election by voice vote instead of by
secret ballot. Multiple vacancies may be simultaneously filled by a
single voice vote (if that method is selected).</b></i><br>
