At that time you wrote:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>“Please note also that I shall be on the road for the next two days; during that time my access to the Internet will be limited. If I receive your authorization to distribute a second ballot before I depart, I shall do so before departing. If not, I shall not be able to distribute a second ballot until Saturday evening.”<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I responded to this email at 4:44PM Eastern on the same day, authorizing the next ballot with Blau, Mattson and Moulton. Given that I responded within one hour, but that obviously was not quick enough, in the future I think it would be helpful if you communicated a more specific time, rather than the statement “before I depart”.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Additionally, it is now Sunday around noon. Can you please communicate to this body when we can expect the next ballot?
