<DIV>Wes or Robert,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I thought that we had already bought an office condo and have moved into it
yet our web site has the following active page requesting donations:</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><A
href="http://www.lp.org/office-fund">http://www.lp.org/office-fund</A></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>This is very misleading and I would like to know how much, if any, money
has been contributed to this effort since the purchase closed. Is it being
held in a encumbered account as were the contributions prior to the
purchase? Will any contributions be used to pay down the principal on the
mortgage?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Having this contribution page still up might be interfering with efforts to
raise money for ballot access, candidate training, affiliate support or
other important party functions.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Please advise.</DIV>
