I have all of the equipment and experience neccisary to facilitate both the audio and video recordings.

The problems that arise are numerous.
An active, and experienced sound man would be required to mix throughout the meeting. (I am assuming that most members of the LNC do not have active experience with the dynamics of using a microphone.)

Streaming I have very little experience in, although it is such a common practice now I think I could find the information necessary, fairly easily.

And lastly, I do not wish to ship 200lbs of very expensive gear to DC.

There is not a "set it and forget it" solution to this problem. In order for it to be of professional quality the services of an engineer and the appropriate equipment will be necessary.

If I can help in any way please feel free to contact me.

differences are significant. In selecting venues for LNC meetings in the
future, we should insist on quiet rooms (ambient noise level at 35 dbA or
