students to start thinking of themselves as Libertarian

perhaps they'll become future donors and activists.
Would be nice to get them in our database.
I would not be encouraging them to attend monthly
meetings focused on bylaws tweaking.
I joined as a student. I realize not everyone has. I
didn't go to monthly meetings as a student. I would have
liked a nice long sleeve balck t-shirt - not an ugly
one. We have lots of people in our database who started
out donating $25, and later are donating hundreds and
thousands.
I'd also like to give candidate, county chairs, and
others a reason to visit SFL and YAL events as guests,
and something to do when they're there. I'd like to have
a nice membership application card in their hand that is
professionally designed and printed that they can bring.
Gary Johnson for President filled an auditorium at LSU
with over 300 students. I was there. No one handed out
"Join the LP" forms. Even the Gary Johnson campaign
didn't have signs or stickers hardly at all at that
point.

I brought signs and stickers from my Super PAC. Those
were taken in huge quantities. I had my mother, father,
and wife handing them out. It's the first and only time
I've ever got my family involved. They enjoyed handing
out stuff to the students and the students enjoyed
taking it.
Wish I had had a student membership form just in case.

I seem to recall $10 memberships at
