<div dir="ltr">Tim, that's an interesting question. Doug Craig's vote will presumably count at least for the moment if balloting has not been completed, but would it retroactively be discounted if the Chair's ruling is ultimately overturned? I'm sure there are parliamentary precedents which more knowledgeable experts can cite, but will it require yet another ruling of the Chair? And would that ruling in turn touch off a second email ballot on whether to sustain it?<div><br></div><div>I'm sure this is all fun stuff for people who want to get bogged down in such parliamentary minutiae. I'd just as soon avoid the whole quagmire by simply completing the email ballots before the Sunday night meeting. We have many more important matters to focus our time and attention on.</div><div><br></div><div>Dan Wiener</div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Sun, May 3, 2015 at 12:29 AM, Tim Hagan <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:timhagan-tyr@yahoo.com" target="_blank">timhagan-tyr@yahoo.com</a>></span> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div><div style="color:#000;background-color:#fff;font-family:HelveticaNeue,Helvetica Neue,Helvetica,Arial,Lucida Grande,sans-serif;font-size:16px"><div><span>Doesn't the Chair's ruling stand until & unless the ruling is overturned?
