<p dir="ltr">I also do not think it is safe to count Rand out, speaking as one who thought McCain had not a chance in 2008. However, those numbers remind me a comment from Jeb Bush that aRepublican can only win by losing the primary. </p>
<p dir="ltr">I still say it's safer for us to plan on trying to appeal to those who stand with Rand after he loses the primary than later.</p>

we all know, a major consideration for many GOP Primary voters will be
electability.  Those primaries are still 9 months away, but at least right
now, based on the above poll, I would not want to dismiss Senator Paul from
