<div dir="ltr">I vote Yes, while emphasizing that my vote should not be taken as a reflection on either our present Chair or our present Director-level staff members. But we've had serious problems in the past, where the LNC has only found out about the contents of negotiated contracts at virtually the last minute, with no practical opportunity to review them or point out potential problems.
