The first big change was that anyone who felt motivated could work on the website since it was quite easy to do. We've mostly integrated with it, but not fully. We still have some finances inside and some outside. There are a few kinks - most notably, if your domain is hosted by anyone other than 1&1 or GoDaddy, there are issues integrating your email with it - we still haven't ironed out how incoming mail works fully, although it works well enough for all practical purposes.<div><br></div><div>I'm definitely a big fan. Volunteer recruitment is up, sending out a newsletter (the actual sending) takes minutes instead of an hour (granted, I could have made that process easier if I had set up dedicated spreadsheets for it). I can maintain contact with members easily, and follow-up on new contacts is great. I have plenty of space to store relationship data, and the ability for lots of people to update it easily. Membership is also up, and I love that a lot of aspects of membership maintenance are automated. The learning curve is not terribly steep; I was up and running with most functions within a week. Modifying the website is a piece of cake.</div><div><br></div><div>Also, because everything looks nicer and we have better contact with supporters, we've been able to seek sponsorships for our NB costs - anyone who pays our cost for a month gets a mention on the footer and in the newsletter. </div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br clear="all"><div><div><div dir="ltr">Joshua A.
