<p>Dear State Chair,</p>
<p>I'm sometimes contacted by people interested in attending the
national convention, but they are not currently delegates from
their own state (usually because they missed a deadline or their
state delegation is already full). <br>
</p>
<p>If your state is accepting applicants to be delegates from out of
state, let me know, and I may forward some names to you as I
receive them. I'm only expecting a dozen or so inquiries of this
type, although that number could change if people start discussing
this concept widely.</p>
