<div>(2) RI ballot drive + substitution</div>

<div>Chris Thrasher from the Johnson campaign left KY on Tuesday afternoon, and is headed to RI, arriving tonight to help with the turn-in process.</div>

<div>In Kentucky, we turned in before everyone else -- we beat the Greens by 30 minutes -- which means we get to keep any duplicated signatures, and they don't. We turned in a total of almost 13000 signatures on a 5000 requirement. We went way over on purpose because the Repubs were already sniffing around. </div>
