<div>In Kentucky, there are several lawsuits on-going.  Specifically, the KET lawsuit and the Ballot Access lawsuit.  While seed money was pumped into these suits, I'd like to ask the committee to help cover additional costs.</div>

<div>KET has been going since 2014. At this time, I am requesting $10K to cover additional fees.  For those unfamiliar, KET changed their debate criteria in the middle of the year to specifically prohibit our candidate from being part of the debate.</div>

<div>Ballot Access is on-going.  At this time, another $3000 is needed, and we may need an additional $3000 in the future. </div>
