<div>Is there a committee, or has there been a committee, for improving the internal structure and operations of the party? I'm thinking that such a committee could encompass multiple areas, such as standardizing the structure of sub-committees, streamlining the policy manual, making suggestions for improvement (such as the current call for transparency), etc. The overall goal of such a committee would be to discover ways to make the party operate better, and bring those proposals forward to the full LNC for a vote on those matters. </div>
