<div dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">From the 5/30 Meeting Minutes:</p><p dir="ltr">Mr. Marsh moved for the LNC to authorize the Chair to execute a contract with Mr. Benedict <b><u>under the terms previously discussed</u></b> for the time period through December 31, 2018 after the review required by the Policy Manual.<br></p><p dir="ltr">
The vote on the main motion was as follows:</p><p dir="ltr"><br>
