I had executed our copy on behalf of the LNC. We have not, to my<br>
knowledge, received the countersigned copy from the campaign. We are<br>
presently in discussions about a revised version of the agreement that<br>
addresses the concerns that have been raised. I will update the LNC<br>
if/when either the campaign executes their copy of the original<br>
agreement or we execute a revised agreement.<br>
