State Leadership Alliance (LSLA). The LNC staff is directed to cooperate with and support the LSLA in
effecting this transfer. LPedia.org will migrate from an LNC server to an LSLA host location. In return,
the LSLA will agree to support and maintain LPedia.org, and to return it to the LNC if the LSLA is
unable to support and maintain the LPedia. In passing this motion, the LNC notes that the LSLA may
be in the process of changing its server, so a delay in effecting the transfer may occur.”

<div>The committee, such as it exists today, has met to discuss filling the remaining slots on the committee. There seems to be consensus to keep the committee to 5 members, total, rather than extending to 7. There are some resumes submitted from the last iteration that have been passed around and are being examined. There is a signup page that's been created to receive applications. There have been communications with some staff to help determine the pain points from the staff's perspective and how we make sure not to create new ones. The working plan was to move slowly during the next 3 weeks, given that the election is so close at this point. Once the election is over, things should speed up. </div>
