also routinely excluded Libertarian Party candidates for offices nationwide

key demographics from their results and these exclusions unfairly skew these

candidate as a contributing factor for casting their vote, and a candidate

<p class="MsoNormal">WHEREAS, due to these circumstances, it is imperative that
pollsters are held to the highest standard of honesty, integrity, inclusiveness

<p class="MsoNormal">WHEREAS, other organizations have targeted their attempts at
countering the corruption of the Commission for Presidential Debates, but not

implementing a plan to expose and counteract the exclusionary and manipulative
actions of pollsters, thereby resulting in more complete information and

<p class="MsoNormal">BE IT RESOLVED that the Libertarian National Committee
