For instance, Trent today posted a poll in which it was asked if public schools were compatible with the Statement of Principles. I almost answered "not in their current form" because I too can use the word public in that way. But I know how most people do, and if we are not clear, people will import the meaning of "force funded and compulsory" into it, which is in no way consistent with our Statement of Principles.<div><br></div><div>But open to the public?
