I strongly suspect that February 2014 was more than 2 years ago. </div><div><br></div><div>More substantively, I would suggest that we can deal with Starchild's concerns and those of Representative Harlos, simultaneously. Let me ask this question to anyone who wishes to answer it, but preferably someone who actually knows the answer - either Harlos or Mr. Moellman: Given what has been suggested, what motions are needed, both to make the hosting happen, and to then make the asset usable? I think an answer to that will answer Starchild's questions, while also telling the rest of us what it is that we should do in order to (as I've heard mentioned) not bog down a potential solution with the institutional inertia that has been its downfall. </div><div><br></div><div>As Starchild mentions, by the way, I'm puzzled by the existence of a website with "edia" in the name which is not openly editable. Although, come to think of it, encyclopedias end in "edia" and are only fully editable in the most trivial sense - a sense that involves ripping out pages or drawing on them with crayons and markers. Maybe it's the "wiki" part that indicates an editable thing? But the wookiepedia is open to the world to edit...can anyone clarify this issue?</div><div><br></div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br clear="all"><div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr">Joshua A.
