<div dir="ltr">I am assuming this is in reference to the Wicks vote, but I do not fully understand it. I'm unclear on why we'd want to avoid being decisive. This is also very different from what we were originally told the purpose for the money was. While I do not like micromanaging, I do want some clarity.
