Absent objection from an EC member who attended, these minutes will 
auto-approve on August 25.<br><br></div>In the "other participants" section of the attendance listing, I included a Ms. Tinnegan, but I am not convinced that I correctly understood the name.  If anyone can more accurately identify that person, I'll make any needed correction.  Andy Jacobs didn't self-identify at the start of the call, but someone later spoke that I thought sounded like him, so I added him to the attendee list.<br><br></div>-Alicia<br><br></div>
