Mike Seebeck has been named as alternate and John Pickerill as second alternate. Ms. Harlos will provide the email addresses to Ms. Mattson. Please note that the Board has instructed its appointees, and they have agreed, to not honor any "<span class="gmail-m_5740983021723716210gmail-il">secret</span> discussion" mandate including any email lists. We trust that our appointees will not be purposefully excluded from any email lists as that would be highly inappropriate. In light of what seems to be inappropriate levels of secrecy on the Bylaws Committee and past issues with lack of transparency, this instruction was necessary, and the LPCO encourages other state affiliates to take a similar stand. This particular LNC (and the past one) has been very transparent. Appointed committees should follow suit unless legal strategy, private personnel issues, security, or other sensitive strategic issues such as ballot access ground game are at stake. Bylaws and Platform discussions do not fall under those topics and secrecy on them is harmful, leads to distrust, and keeps members from being able to evaluate performance.</div><div style="font-size:12.8px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.8px">Please contact me with any questions or concerns,</div><div style="font-size:12.8px">Wayne Harlos, LPCO Chair</div><div style="font-size:12.8px"><a href="mailto:statechair@lpcolorado.org" target="_blank">statechair@lpcolorado.org</a></div></div><div><br></div>-- <br><div class="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div><font size="4" face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" color="#666666"><b>In Liberty,</b></font></div><div><font size="4" face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" color="#666666"><b>Caryn Ann Harlos</b></font></div><div><font size="1">Region 1 Representative, Libertarian National Committee </font><span style="font-size:x-small">(Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Kansas, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, Washington) - <a href="mailto:Caryn.Ann.Harlos@LP.org" target="_blank">Caryn.Ann.
