We were still getting BREs with 2017 postmarks until a few days ago. We couldn't call it done until January 13.<br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal">I've had the sustaining membership numbers in my possession for three days, but have not yet massaged it into the delegate allocation formula.
