<p>Sorry. Original plan was to replace one of two compressors to get a couple of more years out of the HVAC system. However, the contractor found the Freon leak was worse than anticipated and the other compressor also had a leak. In the Director's of Operation report, he expected to raise funds to replace the entire HVAC system and replace it by early spring, before the weather got hot. This motion is to replace the HVAC system now instead of waiting until spring since the blower went out yesterday and the office has no heat. The Building Fund has sufficient funds to go ahead and replace it now.</p>
