      I have no objection to the language you suggest but I would take
      direction on this issue from the LNC. The language used in the
      brief is the language we have used in the past. If the LNC accepts
      your recommendation I'll be happy to use the language you suggest
      in the future.<br>

                          opening sentence of the brief states that,</div>

                        <i>"The Libertarian National Committee (“LNC”)
                          is the governing body of the Libertarian
                          Party, the third-largest political party in
                          the United States."</i>
                        <div><br>
                        </div>
                        <div><span class="x_Apple-tab-span"></span>However
                          it is Libertarian Party members, as
                          represented by delegates at LP national
                          conventions, who are the party's true
                          governing body. The LNC is<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><i>subordinate</i><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>to the
                          membership acting in convention, and is the
                          party's governing body only when convention
                          delegates are not in session. This is
                          important to the credibility and leadership
                          accountability that comes from our being a
                          bottom-up, grassroots organization, and the
                          above sentence should be revised accordingly.
                          Here is some suggested replacement language:</div>

                          said, the case itself appears worthy, and I'm
                          glad the LNC is weighing in to support the
                          elimination of anti-democratic requirements
